Digital humans can’t replace real humans (and would we want to anyway?)
There’s a fear that digital humans will displace people, but equally there’s a belief that digital humans will never do what humans can do.
We see a future where digital humans are augmenting human intelligence, and assisting in workflows where people could not hope to match the level of concentration and sustained delivery of engagement provided by a digital human. Supporting customer engagement and driving customer satisfaction will be a place where digital humans naturally sit.
